Elaine Cipriano, founder, studied with Dean College's Performing
Arts Program. Elaine has trained under the direction of the Boston Ballet, Sherry Gold, and many others in
Boston, New York, and Miami. Elaine is a member of the International Tap Association. She has been teaching dance at various studio
locations since 1986 while also continuing her own dance training at numerous dance-training courses. Elaine is an active
participant in various dance and performing arts workshops around the New England area and nationally. Elaine has performed at
the Shubert Theatre, Strande Theatre, New England Life Hall and Boston University's Tsai Auditorium, in various stage
productions. Elaine has volunteered her expertise at various civic and non-profit programs, including R.O.C.A.
(Reaching Out To Chelsea Adolescents Program) and the Dance Complex in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Elaine looks forward to
meeting the new and returning students to share their positive attitudes, experiences, and love of dance with all.

Ms. Erin received her Bachelor’s degree in Theater from Roger Williams University in 2007.
She has been dancing since age four, and has competed at both regional and national levels. Throughout her four years at college,
she performed with the dance department’s Dance Theater, as well as with the school’s dance club, for which she
served as secretary her senior year. Since graduating, she has become a member of Screen Actor’s Guild, and has been
a part of several films including 21, The Great Debaters, and My Best Friend’s Girl. She is very excited to work with
students and staff at Elaine’s Dance Studio.

Heidi Hooper received her Bachelor's degree in Physical Education
and Health Promotion at Endicott College. Heidi performed as the captain of her high school cheerleading
team, on dance teams, and as Endicott College cheerleader. Heidi's background includes several years of dance and gymnastics
instruction. Heidi accelerated her studies at John Stark Regional High school to earn her degree in just 3 years time.
At John Stark, Heidi participated in 13 extracurricular activities, including Peer Leadership, and Student
Government. Heidi was the Founder and President of Students Against Destructive Decisions at school. Heidi has also received
numerous awards including, the coaches award in both varsity softball and varsity cheerleading; most valuable performer; the
spirit award; the citizenship award; as well as the state of New Hampshire Capital Area Student Leader of the Year award 2001-2002.

Ms. Lauren has studied dance, drama and musical theater in New Jersey, New York
and Boston for over 20 years and has had the opportunity to work with many accomplished professionals over the course of her
career. With a Theater Arts degree from Kean University, her focus has always been to share her knowledge and
experience with her students while helping them achieve their goals and develop their overall appreciation of the arts.
